Sudbury’s Largest Yard and Sidewalk Sale
9am – 3:30pm on Larch Street
The annual ‘Sudbury’s Largest Yard and Sidewalk Sale’ hosted by Downtown Sudbury. The giant community yard sale features over 100 tables where members of the community will sell their wares. Downtown Sudbury shuts down a block of Larch Street for the sale, and applies for ‘sidewalk occupancy’ for the entirety of the core so downtown businesses may host their own outdoor event. The festival season kick-off event also includes live music and festival foods.
Sudbury Gardening Festival
9am – 3pm at YMCA/Parkside Centre
Each year, since 2011, the Sudbury Horticultural Society hosts the Sudbury Gardening Festival. The event is a must for anyone with a green thumb, featuring garden themed vendors, exhibitors and plant sellers. The festival provides an opportunity to learn more about gardening and an opportunity to pick up a free bag of fertilizer thanks to The City of Greater Sudbury.
Myths and Mirrors' 5th Annual Dance-a-thon
3pm – 3am at La Fromagerie
Myths and Mirrors hosts an annual 12-hour dance party to help support their free and inclusive arts programming. The theme of the Dance-a-thon this year is “Music Icons” which means participants are invited to dress up as their favourite icon from the music industry. Collect pledges ahead of time, or pay a $20 cover at the door.

One Sky Grand Opening
9am – 5pm at One Sky-Fine Goods
‘One Sky – Local Fine Goods’ is opening on Saturday, May 27th at 125 Durham Street. The new shop is set to feature the work of roughly 30 artists/makers from across Sudbury and Northern Ontario. One Sky won’t just sell works of art, but will also have a workshop space available for their makers.
Hidden Treasures Indoor Garage Sale
9am – 3:30pm at 111 Larch Street
The lower level of St. Andrew’s Place(111 Larch) will be turned into a huge indoor garage sale in support of St. Andrew’s Mission.
Super Circus Spectacular
1pm 4pm 7:30pm At The Sudbury Arena
The ‘Super Circus Spectacular’ is taking over the Sudbury Arena with show times at 1pm, 4pm and 7:30pm. The touring Circus Show will be bringing clowns, aerialists, motorcyclists and animals to Sudbury for a 2 hour stage show.
