There are 3,792 parking spots in the Downtown area. So where should you park?
You may park in any of the Municipal lots(highlighted on this map) from Mondays to Fridays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Both Beech Street(lot 14) and Energy Court(lot 13) Parking lots are free of charge for your first two hours.

All Street parking (except Elm Street) is $1.30 per hour between 9am and 6pm
Elm Street Meter Parking allows you to park for $2 an hour, for a maximum of one hour. Parking on Elm Street is prohibited during peak hours from 7:30am-9am and 3:30pm-6pm, Mondays to Fridays.
During special events held at the Sudbury Community Arena in the evening including Sudbury Wolves games and concerts parking is restricted in the Municipal lots surrounding the arena including: Shaughnessy East(lot 2), Shaughnessy West(lot 3), Sudbury Arena Annex(lot 5), Sudbury Arena(lot 6) and Elgin Street(lot 7). A $3 charge is applicable in these lots during special events.
All Municipal Lots and Meters have free parking weeknights after 6pm and all day Saturdays and Sundays. This excludes the lots that are restricted during Special Events.
